Prepare another mobile phone to follow this guide while using S PAY GLOBAL on your main phone

Sediakan telefon bimbit lain untuk mengikuti panduan ini sambil menggunakan S PAY GLOBAL di telefon utama anda
Registered and have an active Spay Global account
已完成注册并拥有Spay Global账号

Scan QR code or visit: 扫描二维码或访问： Imbas kod QR atau layari:

1. Find the "Check Eligibility" button at the bottom of the site

2. Use Sarawak ID Login (You can use your Spay Global username and password)

3. Enter your MyKad number when prompted

4. Click Update when eligible

5. Update your Spay Global Username and submit

Note: There are "Own" and "On Behalf" options, but the system will automatically select based on the MyKad number you submitted

1. Ensure Spay Global app is updated to the latest version

Check for updates in Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS)

2. Login to Spay Global and look for the hornbill icon in the top right corner

3. If the icon is not visible, try completely closing and reopening the app or restart your phone

1. Click on the hornbill icon

2. Click the 'Acknowledge Now' button

3. Ensure all required options are completed

4. Submit your application

When you see this screen, it means your application has been successfully submitted
